This hotel is great value. The place is perfect and fairly clean. The employees are amicable and efficient. The units are budget, reasonably large with 2 double beds and a great view. The venue provided an excellent customer service during our trip. The garden restaurant for breakfast is what you need.

I had a really nice experience here, everything was great, the location was favourable near to the common airport for travellers coming in and out of USJ, convenient store and pizza restaurant. The breakfast selection was delicious with marvelous view over Osaka. The stay on vacation certainly was great value;)))

There was a natural spring on the 31st floor which was something to look forward to at the end of each day. The staff at the spa also presented a free same day re-entry pass after each visit. The 4 day special room rate combined with the proximity to USJ proved to be extremely value for money.

Location, the train from Nishikujo is short and nice trip, and we had been on special, colourful trains with characters painted on. Of the 3 hotels we stayed in Shinjuku, Odaiba, and here in Osaka, this is the only one with wifi, imagined as parent, children would not complain if they could start their i-phone,i-pad.....that's great relief to us.
